Our quality control personnel will strictly examine the quality of the semi-finished product. Qualified semi-finished products will be sent to belt producing department, and processed with stitching, edge covering, and rapid combination molding crafts by using imported pneumatic equipment.
For some products with special crafts, for example, handmade leather braided belts, we will cut out suitable leather strips with circular cutting machine, and then braid the product manually. Furthermore, for some luxury products, we still reserve the pure handmade craft to ensure the high quality service for customers.
